Find a doctor

For doctors

A scheduling and messaging tool sold to practices, with patients arriving through the search.

For practices

Fill the slots you already have

The platform was paid for by doctors, not patients. Membership put open appointments in front of people already searching for that specialty in that ZIP code.

Talk about membership

One membership, all four tools, cancel in writing.

What membership included

Four tools, in the company’s own words

Instant messaging

You can receive instant messaging from potential patients and start the relationship. You choose the times you are available.

Dynamic scheduling

Patients have instant access to the doctor's calendar. They only see available time slots.

Multiple appointments

The doctor can add as many slots as the office can handle, which gives patients more chances to book.

Secured cloud storage

The same security used by Amazon.com, in the company’s own description.

Pricing

Three ways to join

From the company’s membership policy: $2,500 a year with two months free, or $250 a month with a $250 activation fee, or a two-month trial.

Monthly

$250 / month

  • $250 activation fee, applied to your second month
  • All-inclusive: messaging, scheduling, cloud storage
  • Cancel in writing by the 15th of the month

Trial

Free / 2 months

  • Two-month promotional trial
  • Converts to annual on the first confirmed new patient
  • Opt out before the trial ends if nothing is booked

Only credit cards were accepted — the policy explicitly excluded debit and ATM cards. Membership renewed automatically unless cancelled in writing. The full terms are on the policies page.

A doctor in a white coat
The practice kept its own fee, its own schedule and its own patients.

How it sat next to the practice

Not a marketplace for the cheapest visit

The platform did not set fees or take a cut of the consultation. It sold the practice a scheduling and messaging tool, then sent it patients who were already looking.

  • Your fee — set by the doctor, paid by the patient.
  • Your calendar — only the slots you opened were visible.
  • Your call — the office confirmed or rejected every request.

Membership was a fixed fee, not a commission. The practice kept the consultation fee.
